Jacqueline, your daughter is having a baby - Congratulations!  You want to give her a Baby Shower with 100 guests and looking for a Venue to hold your event. You are considering Palafox Wharf for your venue for September 23, 2023.  Your date is currently available on the Venue's calendar.   

Your Event is our priority.  There is a lot that the Venue does for our clients.  We can help with vendor selections for any area needed for your event.  With the setup and breakdown of the Venue's furniture inside the Venue and on the waterfront Deck being handled by the venue it automatically is less stressful than having to DIY that part of your Event Day. 

Your important Event Day calls for an breathtaking scenic setting that inspires, is enchanting, and exceeds every expectation. You want your friends and guests to enjoy your special Day, have fun and create memories together and have meaningful Day.  


This most extraordinary setting will suit your every need. Our Venue Manager will be delighted to assist you and make your Event singularly a forever memorable event and give you a venue on the waterfront with breathtaking and romantic views so you can celebrate with all the people that are the most important to you all while your photographer shoots amazing imagery.

Jacqueline, there are so many moving parts to an Event.  This is why it is so important to have a process in place from the very beginning to secure the necessary vendors and to know what and when to do tasks so they can be accomplished.  When vendors work together time and time again as a team, it is a much smoother and more flowing Event. With 15 years experience, we have accomplished this over and over in the past with 100s of Events and Weddings.

You want your guests visiting, enjoying a tasty food cuisine, chatting with family enjoying each other and creating lifelong memories of your special Event.  Having huge skylights inside the venue and a great romantic scenic waterfront backdrop for your memorable photography helps as well!

We also offer in-house full planning or month of event management.  If you do hire one of our in-house planners, they do a lot for you and your family.  If selected, our in-house event managing and planning always work with you to create a nicely flowing timeline, works the front of the house and back of the house to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time, answering any questions the vendors may have, and more so you can enjoy your stress-free Event!

  • Waterfront Deck - up to 20-50 Guests
  • Green - 200+ Guests facing the romantic scenic waterfront, facing the iconic black doors, facing the large green hedge, or circular fashion.

RECEPTION OPTIONS - Inside + Deck or Green

  • Strolling Reception - up to 200 Guests inside and on the waterfront deck

  • Seated/Plated Reception - up to 160 Guests inside and up to 65 Guests on the waterfront deck

  • Buffet - up to 144 Guests inside and up to 65 Guests on the waterfront deck 

  • Dine al fresco on the waterfront Green with romantic market cafe lights and stars overhead - up to 200 Guests

"Love & Joy!" Package

600 per Hour with a 4 Hour Minimum. Set-Up & Breakdown must be included within 4 Hour Minimum. Set-up, Event, and Breakdown anytime consecutive between 2:00 pm to 10 pm with event ending by 10 pm.

Example: Set-Up 2 pm - 3 pm, Event 4:00 - 7:00, Breakdown 7:00 - 8:00 = 5 total hours x 600 = 3000

More Hours can be purchased for 600 each.

What is better than downtown Pensacola, right on the water, and in walking distance to the bars? My guests raved about the location because everyone flew into town for the wedding and did not need a car the entire weekend. Also, their property is simply gorgeous. It sits on the water and the sunset at the perfect time in the evenings where it sits behind a building so guests don't sweat and the lighting is perfect outdoors.  During the planning process, Sandy went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. She provided me with a list of preferred vendors. This was probably my favorite thing they provided, because it made choosing vendors extremely quick. Also, because they were work together so frequently, there was never any miscommunication about my wedding. Everything was very familiar and comfortable for all of my vendors, making it easy for me to plan a destination wedding."
